Klick Business Solutions would like to dedicate a blog post to the staff members who have joined us in the year 2019! Both Ellena and Molly have joined the company this year as Tender Writers, and our newest addition to the team is Jackie, our Tender Administrator.
Ellena “Ellie” Melbourn
Firstly, we have Ellena Melbourn, who joined Klick Business Solutions in March 2019 as a Tender Writer. Ellie studied Law at Nottingham Trent University, graduating with an LLB in Law. After graduating, she briefly worked in Customer Service before starting at Klick where she began working on tenders immediately. Ellie has been mentored and trained on the job, working closely with other members of staff to achieve a greater understanding of bid writing and improve her knowledge! She currently has a lot more responsibility within the office and has begun to take control of her own tenders and work alongside other writers on larger jobs. She has been a fantastic addition to the Klick team, and we are confident she will continue to grow within her role!
Molly Heathcock was the next staff member to join Klick in 2019, joining as a Tender Writer in August. Molly graduated from the University of Leicester and has a BSc in Psychology. Shortly after graduating, Molly worked in retail for a while before starting work as a Receptionist in an Architect’s office in Birmingham. Whilst working there, she got a taste for tender writing and the bid process and hopes to build upon the skills she gained in her previous role!
Prior to starting at Klick, Jackie was working in sales for a printing company and has a wide range of administrative skills that she’s looking forward to putting to use at Klick! She is looking forward to getting to grips with her new role at Klick, helping with tenders and providing support to the team. Her first impressions of her role are that it’s very varied – she says every day is a new learning experience!
Alll three of them have settled into Klick extremely well and we are all delighted to have them on board!
