Our bid writers work closely with you to get to know your business, your strengths and what you can bring to a contract that makes your bid stand out from your competition and although we are not experts within your field, we are experts in tender writing and knowing how to put together the right content to produce a winning bid. The only aspect we do not get involved in is your pricing.
With regards to pricing, we base our costs on the tender you would wish us to complete for you. This way its fair and transparent to our clients. We charge per bid and all our prices are agreed upfront prior to us commencing a project. For each tender we would require you to send us the blank documents, we would then provide you with a quote for that tender.
Included in our quote you will get the following services:
• Download/receipt of documents/Q&A’s & dissemination to involved parties
• Set up of Response documents ready for population
• Research as required
• Brainstorming to discuss technical answers
• Preparation of written responses to technical questions stipulated above
• Proofread/vet of technical questions detailed above
• Completed electronic copy of the technical responses provided on separate Word documents for approval
• Technical responses inserted in to main document/uploaded to portal for submission
• Formatting of the tender document and responses to submission ready standard (excludes the pricing side of the submission)
• Completion of SQ, formal forms etc.
• Management of appendices
• Management of Q&A’s on electronic portal (require password/usernames etc.)
