On Thursday 19th November, at a glittering award ceremony evening at Dunstall Park/Wolverhampton Race course, Andrea Childs (MD) and Lyn Kimpton (Office Manager) were delighted to accept the CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD on behalf of Klick Business Solutions.

 The Customer Service Award was Sponsored by JJX Logistics and was geared towards a company that has an ethos to exceed customers’ needs and expectations.

Up against tough competition and with large organisations such as Dudley Building Society shortlisted, this came as a very pleasant surprise and is a real achievement. We really do go the ‘Extra Mile’ for our customers, it often feels like an extra 100 miles, working evenings and weekends if necessary to ensure the very best tender submission is put forward for our clients to win new contracts.

The judges praised our ‘Back to Basics’ approach to Customer Service. Having trained, (Many years ago!) in the hospitality industry, customer service has always been of prime importance and, yes, the customer does come first, is 99.9% of the time ‘always right’ and we do go the extra mile, with nothing being too much trouble…
