Here we have, representing Leeds, the lovely Andrea Childs! (Don’t be fooled – she was born in Essex, but claims she has no white stilettos!) Andrea likes travelling, wine, socialising, wine, Skiing, Hot Wine, good food, wine, LUFC, wine and square bullet points. Her pet hates are kidneys and liver, bad service and Manchester Utd! Andrea’s lifelong dream was to meet TV Dragon Theo Paphitis live and in the flesh, a dream that finally became reality in 2015. Next on the bucket list for Andrea is to meet TV Dragon Theo Paphitis live and in the flesh for a second time.

LYN KIMPTON
OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager who relocated to Kingswinford from the Planet Lyn or Wolverhampton! Lyn Kimpton likes reading, walking her dog Ollie the Collie, post it notes and round bullet points (much to the annoyance of the MD). Irritated by colleagues who don’t wash up their own mugs. She enjoys singing, but has a repertoire of one song – Jingle Bells – which she sings all year round, except at Christmas.

ANDREA NICHOLLS
BUSINESS MANAGER

Andrea is our one and only Southerner, originating from London, Kent or somewhere down the big smoke! She now has a Wolverhampton twang after 11 years in the Black Country, but still doesn’t know what a COB or a SCOLLOP is! Andrea is the longest serving member of the Klick team, having worked with Andrea Childs in recruitment prior to joining Klick when it is was in its infancy in 2007. Two Andrea’s in one small business, both with similar interests – Wine and Travelling! Andrea is a bit of a superwoman, working and a Mum to three (now you get the wine and travelling bit!).

Thankfully Andrea is a fan of square bullet points (much to the MD’s approval) so her job is safe. Andrea is the person at Klick that will transform your document from pages of text to a stylish, modern, hard hitting proposal with WOW factor.

LEE SMITH
SENIOR TENDER WRITER/KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Here we have representing Wollaston, Mr Lee Smith.  Lee has the honour of holding the longest job title at Klick with his role as Account Manager/Tender Writer/IT Director/General Dogsbody. Lee is also the font of all general knowledge, if Lee doesn’t know it it’s not worth knowing – well according to him anyway. His favourite quote is “every day is a learning day”. Lee enjoys fine dining, cricket and supporting the mighty Wolves. His pet hates are the much mightier West Bromwich Albion and unformatted word documents.

Lee’s long-term relationship with Lead Administrator Neil Peters is quickly approaching its ten year anniversary, and we seen no reason why they still can’t still be going strong for another ten more.

NEIL PETERS
LEAD ADMINISTRATOR

Here we have representing Staffordshire, Mr Neil Peters.  Neil has many roles within Klick from putting up the Christmas decorations to making snack runs to the local shop. However he is most known for his role as company ‘Tea Lady’, in which he excels.

Neil quickly established himself as the company ‘suck-up’ and can regularly be seen at the local greengrocers purchasing an apple to bring in for the Managing Director. His main interests are Lager, beer, wine, spirits, Finger Dancing and watching the Wolves (which I think drives his first 4 interests). He also has an unnatural obsession with Lee as has stalked him from job to job for the last 9 years.

ALEX JEAVONS
TENDER WRITER

Here we have representing Stourbridge, Alex Jeavons. Alex quickly impressed by demonstrating what a quick learner he is, taking him only a month to know how many spoons of coffee are needed for a decent cup. This area of under-performance was effectively addressed by range of subtle and insightful comments from Office Manager, Lyn.

Joining us not long after graduating from De Montfort University, Alex immediately helped to reduce the average age of the office from its previous figure of 40 plus. Rumour has it that he has a much better looking “identical” twin brother – according to our resident male watcher Miss Bock. He is an avid follower of amateur football as a loyal supporter of West Bromwich Albion. He used to be a season ticket holder but when he was a student discovered that for the same price he could buy a pot noodle which gave much more satisfaction.

DUNCAN SMITH
TENDER WRITER

Recruited in March last year, ‘Iain’ Duncan Smith further helped to bring the average age of the Klick office down as the third graduate taken on since September 2015. Often playing two 90 minute football matches each weekend, Duncan’s remarkable pace up and down the left wing leaves him feeling the effects on Monday morning. This is often interpreted as having had a wild weekend by Office Manager Lyn, who likes to keep a stern eye on his drinking habits.

Having studied ‘Modernist Literature: 1890-1939’, ‘American Poetic Writing Since 1930’, ‘Shakespeare: Page Stage Screen’ and ‘The Fin De Siècle: Literature and Culture 1880-1910’ during his time at the University of Liverpool (no, us neither), he has certainly earned the status of ‘most qualified’ member of staff and may even be able to take over from Georgina as Klick’s linguistics expert. However, her geography expertise will remain unchallenged. Duncan’s dream is to see Little Mix live in concert and we certainly hope that one day he is able to achieve this goal.

AGATA KLOSOWSKA
TENDER WRITER

Agata is the newest addition to our tender writing team, having joined Klick in April 2017. Since graduating with an English degree from the University of Wolverhampton, Agata had been working at IKEA before joining the team here in Wordsley. We were therefore very worried about the office furniture arrangement ahead of her arrival, but so far no critical feedback has been offered.

Hobbies include live music and travelling, which is perfect for the role as Agata is able to travel to Wordsley every day to listen to the dulcet tones of resident human jukebox Lucie Atterbury live and in person.

Be warned, please do not ever refer to her as ‘Agatha’, unless you are prepared to suffer her wrath. No one in the office has added the dreaded ‘h’ into Agata’s name as of yet, as none of us are quite that brave.

GEORGINA BOCK
TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

Here we have, representing Gornal, Miss Georgina Bock.  Georgina is the first face and voice you will encounter when contacting Klick as she is our head receptionist. Georgina has many areas of expertise such as linguistics and geography (she even knows where Berkshire is). Georgina’s daily activities can include avoiding her turn to make the teas and coffees or filling everyone in on the weekend’s drama, but usually she is able to maximise her multitasking abilities by doing both at the same time. She brings a touch of culture to the company and is an expert on current affairs, keeping fully up to date with all the the hard-hitting current issues being addressed on TOWIE, Made in Chelsea, Geordie Shore and Life on Marbs.

STEPH WOODALL
TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

Steph Woodall is the proud holder of Klick’s ‘Most Eager Employee’ award, blowing the competition away by actually asking to come into work on days off. Always full of positivity and kind words, Steph enjoys coming into to work mainly so she can get out of the ‘madhouse’ which is inhabited by three adorable children, a dog, a cat and a hamster.

Hobbies include taking her dog out for walks, so much so she often returns home alone to let him walk as much and as far away as he likes. Steph also has the pleasure of seeing the Managing Director outside of office hours as a qualified Nail Technician, a great method of getting in the boss’ good books. Having applied the many transferable skills associated with nails and Tender Writing, Steph is a great fit and has been able to balance the two commitments seamlessly, although has been finding less time to walk her dog which is a source of great disappointment.

LUCIE ATTERBURY
TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

Here we have, representing Wombourne, Klick’s youngest team member – Lucie (“Neil’s bus friend when there is nowhere else to sit”) Atterbury. Despite her youth, Lucie quickly settled in to our work environment with an endless supply of banter, which mostly seems to be directed at her new office Dad (and boss), Mr Neil Peters.

Out of work, you can typically find Lucie in her all-time favourite establishment, Wolverhampton Yates’s. What Lucie does with her time spent not at work or Yates’s is a mystery, although we would hazard a guess it predominantly involves sleeping, waking up and making her way to either work or Yates’s.

Lucie is currently covering Georgina’s maternity but so far hasn’t been quite as dramatic…. REALLY! She also quickly established herself as having the best voice in the office. However, being one of only two staff who choose to sing, there isn’t much competition.
